Thank you for supporting ADA Paws Pass by Crystal! We’re excited to get your order packed up, blessed by Big (our resident service dog and Chief Quality Inspector), and sent your way.
🕒 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Custom or pre-order items may take longer, and those timelines will be noted on the product page.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods (like holidays or during a global glitter shortage... just kidding. Sort of).
💸 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or minimum order amounts—so keep an eye out!
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is coming soon—stay tuned as we expand our paws across borders!
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check that pesky spam folder or contact us—we're happy to help.
😕 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we can’t control what happens after your order leaves our hands, we’ll do our best to help you track down any missing or damaged packages. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if something’s off.
